You are a bioscientist who has been shrunk and injected into a patient's body and has to reach the shrunken escape capsule which has been broken at the patient's nose before the effects of the shrinking wears off. the goal of the game is to escape the from nose and not get caught by the flood of mucus, blood, body fluids and bacteria chasing you.
